Variations: For a bedtime scrub, try replacing the grapefruit and orange essential oils with lavender and/or chamomile.
How to Use: Rub this sugar scrub over damp skin in the shower to slough away dead skin. Continue to rub until the sugar has dissolved. Rinse off.

- 1⁄2 cup sugar + 1 tablespoon
- 1⁄4 cup fractionated coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 10 drops grapefruit essential oil
- 10 drops orange essential oil
- Measuring cups and spoon
- Sterilized container with a twist lid
- Add all of the ingredients into your jar
- Stir to combine.
