Ingredients
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana, previously sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup pitted fresh cherries
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth, adding more milk if necessary to reach a consistency to your liking.
