Very Cherry Oat Smoothie

- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 banana, previously sliced and frozen
- 1 cup pitted fresh cherries
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- ¼ cup milk
- Pinch of salt
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth, adding more milk if necessary to reach a consistency to your liking.
