Strawberry Lassi

Serves: 1-2 people
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tsp rose water
  • pinch of cardamom powder
  • toasted pistachios, chopped (optional)
  1. Add strawberries, yogurt, rose water and pinch of cardamom to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour lassi into a glass and top with chopped toasted pistachios.
