  • 2-6 tablespoons of Heavy Cream..(depending on consistency)
  • 1- box of Nilla Wafer Cookies approx. 1-1/2 cups crushed cookies!
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ⅓ cup Butter..melted
  1. Crush up the Nilla Wafers either in a food processor, or in a baggie with some muscles..until they're fine crumbs~
  2. Add in the Sugar and the Melted Butter..stir/blend until well combined…
  3. Add it evenly down into the pan…
  4. Press it in there, nice and snug…
  5. Place it into the fridge while you prepare everything else…
  6. Now in a medium bowl prepare the instant pudding according to the package instructions…set aside
  7. Prepare the Cheesecake filling. In a large bowl add the Cream Cheese, Eggs, Sugar and Vanilla…mix either by hand or with an electric mixer (highly suggested)
  8. Pour the Cheesecake filling into the pan..all over that Nilla Wafer crust. Bake it at 350 for approx. an hour and a half…OR until it's golden and not jiggly AT ALL!
  9. Let it cool inside the pan without releasing the outer ring.
  10. While it's cooling, melt the Chocolate Morels with the Cream..a few splashes at a time, stirring until it's smooth..
  11. Once it's completely cooled, top it with the Cream layer…a.k.a the Pudding!
  12. Then the…CHOCOLATE TOPPING..
  13. Serve it like this..or chill it for a few in the fridge and it will set up to be a firm cheesecake! ~Enjoy! :)
