Ingredients
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz pecans
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the egg whites, vanilla extract, and butter. Mix in the pecans until evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the pecans and toss till the sugar mixture is evenly distributed.
  4. Place them in a single layer on a sheet of parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Let cool completely and dig in!
