Cake Batter Popcorn

- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 10 ounces white chocolate chips or wafers
- ¼ cup dry yellow cake mix
- 3 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
- Line two baking pans with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Pour popcorn into a large bowl and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, melt chocolate chips until smooth, stirring every 15-20 seconds so it doesn't burn.
- Pour white chocolate and cake mix over popcorn and stir gently until fully combined.
- Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles.
- Pour popcorn onto lined baking pans and let set until hardened.
- Once popcorn is set, break into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
